ProLux Handyman is a locally owned handyman service based in Charlotte, NC. This policy explains what information we collect through proluxhandyman.com and how we use it.
What we collect
When you request a quote through our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, zip code, and a description of the work you need. Form submissions are processed by Formspree, which delivers them to us by email.
If you book an appointment online, scheduling is handled by Housecall Pro, which collects the details needed to book your job under its own privacy policy.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site - which pages are viewed and which buttons are clicked. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
How we use your information
We use your contact details for one purpose: responding to your request and scheduling your work. We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or add you to marketing lists.
